P.S.  If you have already paid and registered for the 1st World Outgames, but have not yet received an invitation to join our private Yahoo Group for registered members of Equipe SF, please write to us at EquipeSF1@... and let us know your name, sport, and contact info so that we may include you on the official Equipe SF2006 roster.  The offical team roster will be used for important communiques and uniform distribution/payment appropriate for registered participants only.

 

 

 

 

1.  Go to the Montreal Outgames Registration webpage and fill out the data form as requested.  Set up or join your individual sport team if applicable. (This has no effect on the process of getting the Equipe SF group member affiliation discount.)

2.  Under "Additional Registration Info" type in "Equipe SF" as well as the name of your individual sport team if applicable.  IMPORTANT:  Then click "Yes" to authorize sharing of your contact data with Equipe SF so that we may validate and verify your group discount with Montreal 2006.  (If you don't do this, we won't know about you and won't be able to confirm with Montreal that you are part of our group and qualify for the 40% discount.)

3.  When you are ready to pay, go to the "My Finance" section and be sure to input 3445 in the space for "Event Code/Member Affiliation" and then click on the Validate key to apply the discount. 

4.  Pay by credit card (recommended) and pay-in-full before October 31, 2005.  Your discount will automatically have been calculated and applied.

5. eMail us at EquipeSF1@... to confirm your name, sport, and contact information so that we can verify and validate your membership and qualification to receive the 40% discount.
