I am not a Kangaroo (or now they call Socceroo)...assuredly.
All I believe is... this England Football Team is one of the all-time great.
(people may not agree...they have every right to have their own opinion)
With the likes of Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard, David Beckham, Wayne Rooney
Joe Cole, Ashley Cole, Rio Ferdinand, Sol Campbell...(my momma this list is
exhausting) they are a formidable side... or to be precise ...INVINCIBLES.
Then why do they loose somewhere in the middle...I often wonder.
They have the potential to trounce the mighty Brazilians to dust. But it
seems there is some mental edifice that is blocking their performance
on-field. I presume they are too cautious in their approach. Actually they
should play it as "just another game" and they will come out of the shadows.
As a die-hard supporter of English football, I would love to see the
Anglicans lifting the "Cup of Joy" in Germany for a second time.
My wishes with Swen Goran Eriksson and his "Men in White". Amen !!!
regards
spaniard.

Please don't call me dear, I am not that way inclined. And 'pom' is a term
reserved for Aussies, are you an Aussie?

I'm sure they are, but we are getting stronger and you cannot discount us.
I'd prefer us to do our talking on the pitch, I don't really go in for
wars of words. Germany are known for falling at the last hurdle and are
not the force they were.
Hopefully any mistakes would have been made in the qualifiers and we will
get stronger as the competition goes on. Should be a good tourny, bring it
on.
