The ACU have confirmed my selections for the 6 days in Brazil.

The teams are as follows:

Trophy Team

Paul Edmondson - 250 Yamaha
David Knight - 450 Yamaha
Euan McConnell - 250 Husqvarna
Ed Jones - 125 or 250 KTM
Juan Knight - 300 Gas Gas
Wayne Braybrook - 250 Honda

Junior Trophy Team

Chris Hay - 125 KTM
Robert Jones - 125 Yamaha
Kevin Murray - 450 KTM
Dylan Jones - 125 or 250 Yamaha

Also as the event is half way round the world and my budget for the
team is less than in Czecho last year I need to raise funds. Some of
the things that are planned so far, are -

Training Days run by British Team Members, these will be held around
the country ie 1 in Scotland, 1 in North England, 1 in Wales etc.

Also I am going to run a raffle, I have jerseys from Peter Bergvall
(current 250 4t World Champ), Paul Eddy, David Knight, Marc Germain
and a variety of others. Add into this some donated products from
the motorcycling trade and we should have a good prize fund.
Probably going to run at the Fast Eddy final at Hawkstone.

Also I am going to "get on my bike" as they say! I will attempt to
ride from Lands End to John O'Groats. This will happen after the
Natterjack and will be a sponsored cycle.
So I will be looking for donations and/or sponsors.

Finally is there anything else that you think I could do to help
raise some funds for the lads? Do you think any club or clubs would
run a fund raiser?

If you have any advice or ideas I would be very grateful.
