Happy holidays first of all!

We may seem to have been rather dormant to you, as our last "New
Stuff" list appeared exactly two months ago, but we have actually
been busier than ever HEAVILY buying firearms and selling them almost

We also were attacked by a bout with the killer flu, which put us
literally "down" for over a week. . . I seriously advise those of you
that have not yet been inoculated for the flu to get a flu-shot

refresher-course without making you take five or more minutes to
muddle through our "Terms of Sale" page.

First, if you see something that catches your eye *IMMEDIATELY* send
us an email containing the magic phrase "I WANT IT!", along with your
name.

If we ALREADY have your FFL on-file (and we *SHOULD*) and if you have
ordered something from us recently (within the past year or so)
nothing else is required (payment information is not necessary every
time unless you wish to change the credit-card used).

This method is perfectly safe and nobody has defeated it so far (I
will personally RIP THE ARM off of anyone who tries, and I am not

FFL's).

We usually ship everything the SAME DAY if at all possible, and
ALWAYS email tracking info so you know when your stuff will arrive.

WHY NO PHONE ORDERS?

The reason we do not accept phone orders is because our phones would
always be constantly ringing (or the lines would be busy because we
are on the phone with someone else) and we would literally get
nothing done around here. Other companies hire employees that do
nothing but answer phones and take orders, but that approach often
creates more problems than it solves.
We do accept orders via FAX, but greatly prefer email (and I answer
each and every email personally and immediately).

You can always call if you have a question (or series of quetions)
about literally ANYTHING we offer for sale, but we will not take your
order over the phone (it MUST be done via EMAIL or FAX).

considering we had to deal with TROPICAL STORM FAY during the last
week.

We were fortunately spared any serious damage and avoided getting

are only valid for three years).

Happy New Year first of all. . .

Brrr! The mercury here in sunny Florida is currently 35 and dropping
into the twenties later tonight. . . looks to be the coldest night of
the Century (so far, anyway) for us.

With the new year also comes rate-increases from UPS. . . I *really*
noticed it today when shipping orders that accumulated over the
holdays, yikes!

EMPIRE ARMS never has and never will charge a penny more than it
ACTUALLY costs us to ship anything to you folks. I personally think
that companies or individuals who try to make money on shipping-costs
are not nice.
