There are still some of you that hit <REPLY> to this message when
ordering and wonder why your order is not received. We *ONLY*
receive emails that are sent DIRECTLY either to kroh@...
or kroh@... . . . if you simply <REPLY> to this message
your email will either never be received or will arrive several hours
(or days) later when everything you wanted is already sold to someone
else.

WHY NO PHONE ORDERS?

The reason we do not accept phone orders is because our phones would
always be constantly ringing (or the lines would be busy because we
are on the phone with someone else) and we would literally get
nothing done around here. Other companies hire employees that do
nothing but answer phones and take orders, but that approach often
creates more problems than it solves.
We do accept orders via FAX, but greatly prefer email (and I answer
each and every email personally and immediately).

You can always call if you have a question (or series of quetions)
about literally ANYTHING we offer for sale, but we will not take your
order over the phone (it MUST be done via EMAIL or FAX).
