Saturday, August 27, 2005 will be the Freshman all-nighter at the
WoodPEC. There is a event fair for freshman in the gym of the WoodPEC
from 9:00PM-12:00AM. All of the clubs and activities have a table so
freshman can learn about the different things to do on campus.

Please plan on attending this event. It is important for the club to
have representatives to answer questions and welcome new students to
the club. Please dress out and be prepared for improptu demonstrations
and general questions. Dan will be coordinating the event as both
Michael and I are out of town this weekend at the Rokudan seminar.

If you can attend, please e-mail Dan and let him know when you can
attend - Remember, even if you can't stay the entire time you can help!

Also, don't think that because you are new you are exempt from this
event. New students can relate expectations and ecouragement even if
they are not as knowledgeable in other areas...
