Just to refresh your memory it's on Saturday 21st February at the
Bruntsfield Hotel.
The evening will kick off with a three course meal :-
Starter: Lentil & veg broth
Main Course: Supreme of chicken, stuffed with haggis, whisky cream
sauce; Poached salmon, cream sauce with coriander and tomato; Ragout of
courgette, fennel, artichoke and puy lentils, wild rice;
Dessert: Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream
This will be followed by the main prize giving and a fantastic auction
with memorabilia from the Flamme Rouge up for grabs. Items include Chris
Hoy's personalized helmet and a skin suit signed by Sir Chris.
