Monday and Tuesday produced erratic but useable SW to W winds.
Generally gusty and in the 8 to 18 knt. range. Monday was the best
for me as I got an hour and a half of 6.2 conditions. Windsurfing
wise this has been a good summer for me. Learning duck jibes and heli-
tacks has bordered on inspirational.

The Winkler's have returned from their Bonaire vacation. Other locals
are looking for a little of the magic in the Gorge and San Fransisco.

The wind sensor on Patrick AFB, KE4OZD-1, is supposed to be running
again in a few weeks. If I remember correctly, it reports wind
actuals every 3 minutes. The sensor has been down for a few months.
