The Niceville Y will be hosting and adventure duathlon on Sunday Nov 4
at Rocky Bayou State Park. It will be followed by a kids adventure run.
Details are in the flier that I added to the group files area. Fliers
will also be available at the Y, or ask me if you see me.
Registration can be mailed or or is also available on Active.
If you don't want to race we can certainly use volunteers!
