A quick reminder about the group ride and trash pickup activities this Saturday. Start at Ruckel School, ride up to the trash area. (We'll have someone to bring your shoes up to and back from the trash area). Approx. 1 hour trash pickup (less if we have a good showing) and ride to Mossy Head (36 miles) and Mary's Loop (46 miles). Many of us ride Hwy 285, and this section specifically bears our club name on the Adopt A Highway Sign, so please come out and assist with making this much needed task a small effort.
Point of Special interest: The Kiwanis Club is having their annual Pancake Breakfast and Silent Auction at Niceville High School the same day. Come out and eat some pancakes and support the Kiwanis club. Each ECC member in good standing, will receive a crisp $1 bill to use towards the purchase of a $3 pancake ticket for supporting the trash pickup effort.
If the weather is bad, the trash pickup and road ride will be rescheduled, and we'll just sit around and eat pancakes.
