Of course he can. Just don't let him get his hopes up for sweeping
the event and carrying off first place.

But he will need his own weapons, at least two epees and USFA membership
(you can sign up at the event).

If you go out and look at AskFred.net you'll see that there are
already 2 "A"s not from our club who have pre-registered. It would
help a lot club members who have intentions of coming would preregister
as well.Make it easier on Terresa ;).
