The build out is essentially complete though there are numerous details
which need to be addressed. We will be fencing at the new facility
tuesday evening at the regular time (whatever that is). Minor things
which you might be able to give a hand with:
1. there are several plastic bags full of bits of construction debris,
wood and sawdust that need to be carted off. As we don't have
garbage service yet it would be appreciated if various good
persons could carry one each away and put it in their home
trash.
2. probably will be taping fencing strips out tuesday before fencing if
you have time to drop by and help. We intend to use taped lines
for a while until we know what layout best suits us.
3. we need someone to install the telephone line. We know where the line
leads into out neighbors place (the kick boxing studio) and we
need someone to press in new lines and lead it over to our side
of the building.
4. We are still in need 7 fluorescent light ballasts (4 ft bulb,120 v
variety). So if you see any 4 ft fluorescent light bulb
fixtures being pitched out remember your club.
5. folks are picking up various tools and other things that have been
left over at the club during the build out so you might want
to collect yours, EXCEPT SAM's most excellent ladder which we
still need for a short while to finish out the above fluorescent
light problem.

Oh, and you should admire the "EAST BAY FENCERS GYM" sign on the front
of the building that Andy painted the other day. Also admire the
glorious red sun burn that Andy collected while doing said sign.
