Rob,
It was good of you to remind me. Just for your edification, there
are two manuals on the USFA website that you should have copies of:
Fencing Rules
Athlete Handbook.
The athlete handbook covers the qualification paths etc which is what
you are asking about. Montreal specifically, I don't know myself and
weren't able to determine from the usual sources so I'm sending out
a query. Another source that I will hit up is www.fencing.net on the
forums. They are monitored by a good number of the competitively
interested people. So I will ask there as well as the USFA office.
