Hi all. I have written up my version of what happened on
Sunday. Keep in mind that I'm a little loopy from the Lortab, but I
think I remembered most everything. The bottom line on what I
believe happened is that I think the driver decided he didn't want to
wait for me to get past the street before he turned. Thinking back to
where his car was when he hit me, he was on the wrong side of the
road he was turning in to. The officer said the driver admitted he
saw me. It seemed to her that he had cut the corner. He was fully
insured so I'll be asking for my medical bills and a new
bike/jersey/shorts/shoes.

Again, no broken bones etc. Just a lot of stitches to my forehead.

I do plan to be at Keystone on the 13th. I'll likely just be shooting
photos because I'm not sure when I'll be able to put a helmet on again.
