President Ward Combs called the meeting to order at 7:15pm

Treasurer's Report:
Balance is $6727.24 and most major expenses are paid with the exception of TDD
awards

Membership Report:
173 Members

Ward Combs thanked the past board for their service.

Trails Access Report:
Nu Draper - Workday went very well, trails in good shape, still need to work
on drainage at the trailhead
Bluff Creek - In great shape... lots of roots
Roman Nose - It's just SWEET!

Bluff Creek - Ward & Steve met with members of the Audubon Society to discuss
mutual concerns over the City's master plan for developing a regional park at
Bluff Creek. The Audubon Society is trying to get the area declared a
"significant birding area" which would limit the types of improvements and leave
the area in a more natural state than is planned by the City. Updates will
follow as information becomes available.

Results for the elections were:

President - Christian Combs
Vice President - Kyle Bybee
Treasurer - Tammy Brewer
Secretary - Pete Singleton

Board Members: John Elsea, Henry Groce, Nathan Kraft, Heather Nealson, Chris
Ozolins, Mike Pickle, and Brian Urquhart

Meeting was adjourned at 8:10pm
