Membership Meeting Minutes – April 6, 2006
The following Board Members were present:

Meeting was called to order by President, Ward Combs at 7:01pm. After a recap
of the March 2006 meeting, reading of the previous meeting minutes was waived.

Reports I. Club Financial Report
Treasurer Jan Ashmore gave the financial report. Members were given the
opportunity to view the detail of income and expenses as well as a copy of the
current budget at the conclusion of the meeting.

II. Membership Report
Marilyn Dillon reported that we have 163 active members.

III. IMBA Hour
Mr. Charles Duke is still AWOL after a wreck at Roman Nose. Thankfully
reports from those in the know tell us that his injuries are healing nicely and
that he can still hold and tip a beer!

IV. Trails Access
Draper ---- Working on RDR plans and race route
Roman Nose ---- Good, as always
Bluff --- Workday coming soon and a possible City inspection

Club Business & Projects
I. Jersey Order

Jersey order is expect to ship in May and when they are ready to be
distributed, the location will be posted on the one list.

II. 9 to 5 Race

Jan Ashmore reported that planning has started for the 8 hour race at Roman
Nose to be held in October. Those interested in volunteering should contact
her.

V. RDR 2006 Committee Report

Schedules and links to the races are posted on the OEF website, time trial
evening before. Everything going smoothly, Jan’s doing an awesome job. Jan
passed out sponsor packets and flyers to be delivered to bike shops.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:31pm
