Next time you're out at Draper, you may notice a few changes around the
parking area. At Saturday's workday, we made a few changes and a few
improvements. We cleared the underbrush on both the South and North end
entrances of the parking lot to improve visibility from the road to help
reduce break-ins. Police can now see the entire parking area before
getting to the entrances.
We also moved the trailhead sign from around the corner to the picnic
table area, so it can now be seen from the parking lot. We've also
installed highly visible "Helmets Required" signs on both the trailhead
sign and at the start of the trail.
Away from the parking area, the chipping was removed from the pipeline
section of the trail and a future reroute on the green trail was
flagged.
