Sal, Ann and I have been doing a lot of work lately to try to find
fields for the Durango Hat. We were trying for the weekend of June 3-
4th but the field situation doesn't look good. At this point, I am
leaning towards pushing the tourney back until the 1st or 2nd weekend
of august(8/5-6 or 8/12-13) for 3 reasons:
1) I searched the UPA site and didn't find any tourneys anywhere near
here in that stretch. That should also be early enough to avoid Denver
and Boulder summer league tournaments, but it might need to be the 1st
weekend to make sure.
2) From what I have gathered, field space is a little easier to get in
August.
3) It gives us more time to promote for the tourney.

I probably won't be in town, so if anybody else feels like stepping up
to help organize, please contact Ann.
