Re: [durangoultimate] moving to Durango, looking for housing

Hi Katie-- We are a frisbee playing family who is leaving our house from May 29 until July 15 and we want to sublet it to some trustworthy person while we're gone.  We pretty much leave everything there and are asking $1000 with everything included.  We also have two lovely cats who pretty much take care of themselves and have a cat door so there's no kitty litter to worry about.  There is another house on the property with two mid-thirties folks from the Bay Area who are kayakers and all around fun people.  Our house is three bedroom, one bath with a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer right there in the garage.  It's just up the street from Miller Middle school where frisbee playing usually happens Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays in the summer. We are in SF visiting family right now, but are on our way home today (April 1).  Our phone number is (970) 259-5432.  Good luck, Susy Raleigh and Dan Frideger (he's really the frisbee player of the family.)
