DULAC MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING CENTER (DMATC), is a duly registered and
organized as martial arts school under the laws of the Republic of
the Philippines. It is compliemented with competent and courteous
employees with principal office at Room 508 Department of Tourism
Building, TM Kalaw Avenue, Ermita, Manila and Branch Offices located
at No. 215 Mayfair Street, Montevista Park Subdivision, Cainta,
Rizal; Labo Municipal Hall Building, Labo, Camarines Norte; and No.
900 San Marcelino Street, Ermita, Manila as well as chapters located
at Claro M. Recto High School, Division of City School - Manila,
Carlos L. Albert High School, Division of City Schools - Quezon City,
Area 22, District IV (Quezon City) and Barangay 559, Zone 55
(Manila) . It is authorized to operate not only in Metropolitan
Manila but also in the provinces.
DMATC'S employees and instructors are screened and selected
according to the latest sreeening and selection techniques, giving
more in-depth analysis on character, attitude, physical and mental
fitness. They are trained not only on the "HOW" but more on the "WHY"
of their job. Good human relations and God-cetered values which DMATC
believes are good tools for the efficient and effective discharge of
their duties and responsibilities are given more emphasis in DMATC's
employees/instructors training and development program.

They are the prime-movers of Dulac Martial Arts Training Center
whose character is beyond reproach and whose business dealing is
premised on the truth that if they always acknowledge God in all
their ways, so will direct their paths.
As institution of learning, Dulac Martial Arts Training Center
is guided in all its endeavor by an incessant search for knowldge, a
passion of truth and respect for academic freedom. It does not serve
any particular creed, dogma or doctrine.
Its primary goal is the development of the youth in a healthy
intellectual atmosphere which welcomes discussion and dialogue of the
widest latitude governed only by the rights and best interest of the
students and the training center.
The Founder of Dulac Martial Arts Training Center's vision is:
To be a model Filipino original and indigenous school of martial arts
of choice for a progressive, dynamic, sports and culture-tourism
oriented Philippines - accalimed for its contribution to the
Southeast Asian Games, Asian Games, World Martial Arts Hall of Fame
Awards, Olympic Games, other international sports scenes and for
hosting the First International Dulac Martial Arts Conference and
International Arnis Tournament.
The mission statement of the Dulac Martial Arts Training Center
is: To provide affordable quality Filipino martial arts education to
a broad-based clientele through relevant, innovative, industry-
sensitive and culture-tourism programs and services by highly
competent and committed human resources to improve the quality of
life of all martial arts instructors in the country, to contribute to
the preservation, enrichment, propagation, promotion, enhancement and
revival of Filipino martial arts particularly Dulac martial arts, as
part of the Philippines historical and cultural heritage.
Guided by these philosophical frameworks, Dulac Martial Arts
Training Center pursues the following objectives:
1. To promote critical thinking and scientific problem solving in
the instructors and students through use of reason, truth and
knowledge.
2. To explore and provide venues to all Filipino martial arts
enthusiasts to showcase their acquired skills, innate talents and
competence locally and abroad.
3. To provide opportunities for the freedom of inquiry and honest
research in the field of learning.
4. To strengthen Filipino national identity through promotion of
original and indigenous Filipino martial arts and desireable Filipino
values.
5. To assist in the transformation of the youth into productive,
progressive and actively involved citizens of the nation.
6. To promote physical education and fitness, encourage sports
programs, league competitions and amateur sports, including training
for international competitions, to propagate Dulac martiala arts as
recognized sports in the national and international sports scenes, to
foster self-discipline, teamwork and excellence for the development
of a healthy and alert citizenry.
Since 1998, NAGTATAG ANTONIO R. VASQUEZ, III with his senior
instructors KYUDAI SONIA ARCILLA (Founder's teacher in Judo and
Kuntaw), GURO DANNY LIWANAG (a police officer for 15 years), and
GURO MARLON ANDAYA (a christian and accountant of Armadillo Hldgs.)
can be found every Sunday afternoon at the Luneta Park, Manila,
Philippines giving a 2-hour free training workshop on Dulac practical
situational self-defense, occupational safety and personal
protection. This is Dulac 's way of giving back for the knowledge
they had attained.
In 2003, DMATC's Mobile Training Team had conducted training on
PERSONAL SAFETY AND PROTECTION COURSE to Lady House Detectives of
CENTURY PARK SHERATON HOTEL, Security Officers and Guards of NIGHT
HAWK DETECTIVE AND SECURITY AGENCY, Inc. and GOLDEN HAWK SECURITY
SERVICES, Inc. who where detailed to secure the lives and properties
of their clients.
In 2004, The Board of Instructors of Dulac Martial Arts Training
Center had conducted training on OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND PERSONAL
PROTECTION COURSE to the executives and employees of FIRST GAS
GENERATION HOLDINGS CORPORATION, Benpres Building, Ortigas Center,
Pasig City and selected students from Claro M. Recto High School,
Manila who had undertaken ELEMENTARY DULAC MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING
combines with PRACTICAL SITUATIONAL SELF-DEFENSE.
Last July 14, 17 and 18, 2005, the Founder together with his two
most qualified instructors had conducted training on BASIC VIP
PROTECTION PROCEDURE AND UNARMED COMBAT TRAINING FOR PNP-SAF COMMANDO
COURSE at Special Action Force Training School, Fort Santo Domingo,
City of Santa Rosa, Laguna.
