Dear Boathouse Volunteer.

All 3 locations of the Boathouse are now closed for the season. Thanks
for all your help for making this another very successful season.

We hope to run our program in the Riverbank pool again this winter.
It will be structured similarly to last year. There will be an hour or
so of time for our volunteers to come and practice and warm-up, then
we will run a structured program for the general public.

In preparation for starting the pool program Taino will be running a
training class for pool assistants this Saturday 10/21/2006 at 11:00.
The class will be held at the Pier 96 Boathouse. If you plan to help
out during the winter pool program please try to come to this session.

We are still planning our end of year volunteer party. The tentative date
is November 30th. We will send more details as the date gets closer.

We will not be holding monthly meetings until next Spring.
