Kent,

Start time has been about 3:30 -4p for a while.... If nobody was
there by 3, it's worse than I thought!

Everybody seems to want to move it back to 2, but somehow we can't get
our act together... :-(

If 8 of us could agree to meet at 2, it would work. We just have to DO
it. Then maybe others would come eariler to get more play in.

Do I hear 7 more...?
