With all this snow it's not going to be very easy to get out and ride either on trails or the road. However, I'm sure the hardcores
will figure out a way. You can always hit the indoor trainer and do one of our Tuesday night workouts or come up with your own.
Sunday is a roller race at Bike World in Ames. If you plan to do this you don't want to ride too hard Saturday anyway, to keep your
legs fresh. If you haven't ever tried a roller race but would like to, here's your chance. We also have one coming up at the YMCA
in downtown Des Moines.
