Here is the workout routine for
tonight. Roller Race season is winding down so we don’t have too
many more chances to do these killer workouts. Well, okay, we’ll
just have to come up with another excuse!
Warmup
1 Min hard interval
1 Min recovery
Repeat for a total of 8 intervals.
5 min Recovery spin
Repeat 8 1 min on/off intervals as above.
Warm down.
I won’t be there tonight, or at
least not for all of it. I appreciate Randy helping to lead this
session. If the weather is bad, this is an easy one to do by yourself and
still work hard.

Alert!!***
Hi Team,
A winter strom is predicted to arrive tomorrow afternoon, so do not
come to practice if conditions are bad. However, if you are not sick, we still
expect you to do the training that will be prescribed by Coach Ertl. We'll be
watching the weather closely tomorrow, and if it is bad, stay home and train.
If it looks really bad, we will cancel practice. So, check your e-mail before
leaving for practice.
