Attached is tomorrow night's workout. It is going to be focused on anaerobic intervals. Most of our interval work during the winter is focused on longer more aerobic intervals but this week we will go through some shorter more intense intervals. We don't need to do too many of these during the winter but once is a while is okay, especially if you are getting ready for roller races, which is certainly an anaerobic activity.
Tuesday's workout is on page one. All previous workouts are attached below it.
If the weather is bad tomorrow we will send out an email by noon if we are cancelling our workout. Chances are if the schools are closing, we will cancel but will let you know for sure. If we cancel ours, head right home and do this workout by yourself.
