Attached is our workout for this Tuesday evening. Remember, if you can't make the team workout in Grimes, try to do this on your own sometime this week. We will be using your threshold as a benchmark for determing intensity of these intervals. If you haven't yet determined yours, you can base it on feel - you should select an intensity that allows you to finish the interval tired but not completely exhausted (except for the last few).
