That's good to hear Timmi. My day was rather frustrating as well.
The course, while very well done, had a lot of tight turns, which I
had trouble going through. As a matter of fact, both Jose Sr. and I
posted some not so good times. I thought I found a way to improve
in certain areas but couldn't put my findings to the test on account
of the rain. I sure would like to run that course again one day to
see what I can do. By the way, thanks to all for the advice given.
I promise I'll never use 1st gear ever in my life again. Also,
thanks Timmi for giving your take on the race. I think everyone
should post their takes on the events on here just to see what
everyone thinks, strategies you had, how to improve on driving,
etc. Since I only see you guys no more than twice a month, it's
good to talk racing whenever we can. Anyway, see you in June!
P.S. Let's hear it for Dale Jr. and Mike Schumacher, the boys in
red!
