Labor Day Ultimate Benefit



We are pleased to go forward with the benefit for the hurricane and flood
victims tomorrow (Labor Day, Monday, September 5) at Sloan's Lake. This event
has really gathered a lot of momentum. We will have door prizes, and will
raffle off gift certificates from Table Mountain Inn, Mondo Vino, Mead Street
Station, Golden Capitol Grill and Coral Room. We'll have a limited supply of
bagels and goodies in the morning.


REGISTRATION: 9:00am-9:30am. Register to play for one, two or all three games
(10am, 11:30am and 1pm; 70 minute games).


FORMAT: The Mixer format means you play one game with a random group of folks,
then play the next game with a different random group of folks.


DONATION: $15 minimum donation; more welcome. We've selected two charities that
will benefit: American Red Cross (crisis/relief for the entire affected area)
and the Baton Rouge Area Foundation (rebuilding efforts and refugee services for
New Orleans area residents). You can designate your donation to either of those
groups.

email program lets you see it). Location is just east of Sheridan Boulevard on
Byron Street. Byron is one block south of 26th Avenue. Feel free to contact

FACILITIES: There are bathrooms, water fountains and parking right on site. A
convenience store is one block away.



BRING: Water bottles, your own beverages and food, and a white and dark t-shirt.
We'll have some Gatorade power available.
