Hey guys. I've never sent one of these mass emails out so bare with me.
I live on the border of Cherry Creek on 5th and Humboldt and am planning on
moving out at the end of August. Unless I find a somewhat quiet and CLEAN
female roommate, preferably with a "normal" work schedule.
Here are the house specs:
duplex
2 bedrooms, one on main floor (the available one) and one in the basement
(me)
2 bathrooms (you'd have your own)
huge kitchen, living room, dining room, downstairs living room, full laundry
room, storage, garbage disposal, dishwasher, hardwood floors upstairs
I have a shy adult dog and an easy-going adult cat (I am unsure if the
landlord would accept more pets)
Rent $550 / month and half the utilities
What I am looking for:
Female non-smoker who does her own thing but wouldn't mind cooking dinner or
going out with her roommate sometimes, who doesn't have a significant other
that lives at our house but doesn't pay rent, and who has a regular schedule
(I wake up at 6 and turn in around 11 on weekdays). And I've spent too many
leases with people who say they are clean but are not even remotely close to
clean! (i.e - If you never do your dishes or if your bedroom spills out into
the common living areas)
