Hi,

My school, P.S.1 Charter School, needs your help. We are currently
working to get our charter renewed (so we can stay open next year!).
One of the things that the district would like to see is near-100%
student participation in the CSAP (Colorado's annual standardized
achievement test). To reach this goal, we need volunteer help from the
community. That's where you come in! It would take four hours on a
weekday morning to help. See details below. Let me know this coming
week if you can help. If you've ever wondered what the CSAP is all
about, this is your chance to find out!

At the corner of Speer and 11th in the Rocky Mountain Banknote Building.

What:
Volunteers will have two main duties: (1) help PS1 teachers administer
the test to a group of about twenty students or (2) assist
special-needs students in small groups (one to three students) by
reading the test aloud, etc. You will be trained that morning.
