kitchen,
and onsite clothes washer and dryer.
*On-street parking
*In-house (crawlspace) storage for large items.
*Digital Cable in living room / analog hookup in bedroom
*1 block from post office, busstop, restaurants and grocery store.
*All utilities included except phone

I'm asking $575 per month, but would be willing to negotiate based
upon move-in time, length of stay, etc.
