The 18th Annual Grass Roots Ultimate Benefit
(GRUB) tournament hosted by Grass Roots Ultimate (GRU) will take place
July 18-19, 2009 at the plush Pleasant View Soccer Complex in Boulder.


The format will be similar to last year. We can accommodate 32 co/ed teams,
with 16 bids in the 'A' division and 16 bids in the 'B' division. As a
benchmark, the 'A' division is for teams that could compete (at least on paper)
at the UPA regional level. The tournament also provides dinner, party at the
Boulder Beer Brewery, and some type of prize for the winning team.

As always money raised at GRUB is donated to charity. This year we are
supporting the Carriage House Homeless Shelter.
