About the house and room:
The house is completely remodeled and has a nice big open kitchen/dining
room/living room. There are hardwood floors throughout. There are 3 bedrooms and
2 bathrooms. The bedroom is medium sized. There is off street parking available.
The room currently has a full sized bed and dresser- but these can be removed.

Location:
The house is centrally located in Baker, close to I25, 6th ave, S. Broadway, and
the lightrail (a 5 minute bike ride or drive, 15-20 minute walk.)

Rent:
Rent is 570* per month including the following utilities (water, heat,
electricity, and wireless internet-I don’t have cable TV.)
There is a $250 deposit and the duration of the lease is negotiable.

About me:
I’m 28 and teach ESL and attend graduate school. I’m easy going and friendly. I
keep busy during the week and enjoy being active on the weekends.

*Currently you would only be sharing the house with myself but on occasion I
host students from various countries (Korea, Chile, Austria…) that are studying
English at my school. I have been hosting for almost a year and the students
have all been respectful and easy to live with.(The student would live in the
3rd smaller bedroom.)
*If I am hosting a student for the month I would reduce rent by 50 dollars.
