I live in a well kept home that has a great location, bright & sunny kitchen
with dishwasher, dining room, living room and one of the best backyards. (I host
2 large client/friend appreciation parties per year).

I am a professional female, 43 who has a bedroom and half bath on the top floor.
We’d share the main floor, main level shower. You can have the 2 basement
rooms. Currently it is set up with futon, dresser, TV and lounge chairs. The
bedroom that is available has a surprising amount of light. Plenty of street
parking always. Possible carport depending on your vehicle.

I am very active; snowboarder, camper, hiker, cyclist (road mostly). I have a
dog, Teva, a very sweet 11 month puppy that was homeless. I play acoustic guitar
and volunteer for kids. Most times I go to bed by 10-11. I am very
Eco-friendly… into composting, recycling and gardening. I also have a fire pit,
outdoor heater and grill. Love to cook healthy and share meals or a glass of
wine. There is a studio in the garage that I office out of as well as hope to
set up again for music, yoga or exercise.

Looking for mature, responsible housemate that can pay rent on time and is
considerate in sharing a home.
Rent is $650, includes water, basic cable, wireless internet. (I put on a
