We will finish our winter indoor frisbee season on Tuesday march 11th
due to the start of league play, lets finish up strong and I will
see you all at the Golden Goal tonight night at 8:00 and then our
final game is on the 11th at 8:00 PM

Sloans lake frisbee has been the bomb lately, lets keep it rollin -
once again two full fields with plenty of subs!!!! SLOANS LAKE
FRISBEE IS ON FOR THIS SATURDAY AT 12:30!!!!! we may go to three

with a lot of new folks - red rocks fitness is on for this Saturday
and Sunday @ 9:00 AM come try it out and get more fit than you have
