It looks like some of the pickup games you all originally set up on the
Pickup calendar (original email and editing instructions below) have hit
their end date - for example the Wash Park pickups expired on Aug. 28. I'm
thinking that these pickups didn't really end, so I was hoping that anyone
with knowledge about the existing pickups could take a look at the calendar
and make sure everything is up to date and in existence. I extended the Wash
park pickups a couple weeks, but please adjust them to end when they really
should end. Also, there are some City Park pickups on here and I'm not sure
that either of them are correct. (Sunday and Monday?)

If the Calendar is stating that you cannot edit it after you log in - just
click to the Addresses tab then back to the Calendar tab. That seems to fix
it. When you click on a specific pickup game, it'll let you edit it.

If this doesn't make any sense or you just don't want to deal with it, just
send me the correct times and locations, and I'm also willing to update the
calendar. I have it down. :-)

I just created an easy calendar that we can all use to post and edit pick-up
information (and tourneys too) so we all know what's going on in the world
of frisbee around Denver and Boulder.

It's easiest to see events by clicking on the Event list tab or on the Week
tab.

ADD Event (top left) - Add any pickups you know about. And tourneys as you
want. Be sure to put that your event repeats weekly (if it does). Put in all
the info you can about where, when, who to contact, what the list serv
subscription address is, etc.

Then pass the URL to others as needed:

It's all pretty simple. This calendar is for everyone, I hope it is helpful.
