The JSVBA Entry Fees remain the least expensive of any tournament at the shore. Our entry fees remain at the reduced level instituted at the end of last season.

Men's, Women's GranPrix Bonus Pools to Have Equal Prize Money in 2004!
The Men's and Women's GranPrix amounts are both estimated to be $3,000 in 2004.

$7,500 Miller Lite Greetings from Asbury Park Tournament and Festival
It is our very great pleasure to announce that on July 3rd and 4th, 2004 in Asbury Park, NJ the Jersey Shore Volleyball Association (JSVBA) will be conducting the 2nd Annual Greetings from Asbury Park Tournament. Our largest prize money event of the summer.The Men's and Women's Pro entry fees at the Greetings from Asbury Park tournament will be $75 per team due to the extraordinary Prize Money structure at this event. The Men's Pro Purse has been set at $6,500 while the Women's Pro Purse has been doubled to $1,000 when compared with last year's Women's Purse.

JSVBA Joins with IBVB to Promote Beach Vollyball Participation
Road Trip! Join the JSVBA in making the trip to the $13,000 Long Beach American Classic in Long Beach, NY on July 17-18, 2004!

The JSVBA, The Motherlode, and USAV have teamed up for 2004
At one of our tournaments this season, when is still to be determined, we will be providing the winners in all divisions with Free Entries and Seeding Position into what is commonly known as the "Premiere Pro/Am Event in the United States". The Motherlode, called the greatest outdoor volleyball tournament by Volleyball Magazine, and just about everyone else, takes place in the beautiful Aspen, Colorado valley over the Labor Day Weekend. The Motherlode and the United States Volleyball Association, USAV have recently agreed to have the event also serve as the USAV National Park Championships, formerly known as the US National Grass Championships.

 

There will be 4 divisions in doubles this year, B, A, AA, Pro/Open at the JSVBA Tournaments.

The 4-player tournaments will also be on Saturdays this year to accommodate the large group of players that have expressed the desire to have Sundays available for other household chores or just Rest and Recuperation. :-)

The Master's Events are scheduled for Saturdays in 2004. 40+ June 5, 45+ June 12, 50+ June 19th

The Father/Son (aka Adult/Child) tournament is scheduled for Saturday June 26th, 2004 in Seaside Heights, NJ.
