High School Team
JSVBA Memberships
The JSVBA is offering High School and Junior Age Club Teams the opportunity to receive Free JSVBA Memberships (a $10 Value) for their players.
To qualify for the Free JSVBA Memberships the coach of the team must distribute to those players interested in a Free Membership the JSVBA Membership Application form and schedule.
After the players and their parents or guardians have completely filled out and signed the JSVBA Membership, Waiver, and Release form the coach will then collect and send the forms to the JSVBA in a single envelope along with his name and address.
After receiving the forms from the coach we will then issue and mail a JSVBA Membership Card Free of Charge to the players who have completed the forms.
It is important that the player’s address information be accurate so that the players will receive their JSVBA Membership Card in the mail.
Membership is mandatory before you may participate in a JSVBA event this year and the Free Memberships will apply whether playing in junior age events or in the Men’s, Women’s, Co-Ed 2’s or 4’s Divisions of the JSVBA tournaments.
