Mailing list for members of the Washington Hash House Harriettes and Harriers, a group of folks who like to get together on a weekly basis, run a trail of four to five miles in length, and drink beer and socialize afterwards. (Note: The "hash" in our name refers to the gruel served at the first hash, which took place fifty five years ago, in Kuala Lampur) Although this group is an irreverent bunch, the hash is for the most part "Rated PG" as folks from five months to fifty are often at events. If you have half a mind to try a hash, thats's all you need. If you live or are visiting the DC metro area, you can get directions to the next DCH4 Hash by calling 202-783-5260 or by visiting our web site, http://www.hasher.com
WARNING!! As you can see from this photo, hashing can result in serious injury. The hasher in the foregound is subjecting herself to all kinds of river borne bacteria. The one in the background has fallen Flat on her Tuchus, which resulted in a broken wrist. This serious injury incapacited FlatAss for a whole 48 hours. Hash at your own risk!!
