Davis Racing had a pretty good night on week 2 of the season. In the
IMCA Modified Tommy Davis Jr. #8 won his Heat race by a Strightaway
and in the feature Jr. was fast but could not get the car to handle
Him and Mark Thomas run side by side and passed for the 9 times be
for Jr. Would take 3rd in the feature a good run. In the Mini-Stocks
all of are cars were in the 1st Heat race but Jr. Chris Finised 2nd
in the heat race Steven Broke in the hot laps and didnt get to run
same for Grady Tucker #08 first night out but broke. Michael Jacson
#45 Finised 3rd and James Watson #86 in his first night out Finised
6th. in the 2nd heat race Tommy Davis Jr. #98 finised 3rd. in the
Feature Chris Would Have to start 4th row by the time he got to 2nd
Jason Gore #21 was a strightaway ahead that was at half way and in
the next 5 laps Chris Would run jason down and try to pass him as
they got the white flag but Jason Beat chris to the line so in two
weeks chris has a 1st and 2nd. Tommy Davis Jr finised 3rd Michael
Jackson Finised 6th James Watson finised 9th. In the I stocks Tommy
Davis Sr. Finised 2nd in his heat and Keith Jackson finised 8th in
the Feature Tommy Would run up in the top 5 the whole race but would
get Knocked out of the way by Terry Pritchett with a few laps to go
just racin. Tommy Finised 6th and Keith would finised 15th. in the
Street Stock Harvey Broke.
