oh and yes that's correct Craig was his step-father/dad from a very
early age. I'm pretty sure that's mentioned in Craig's book Rinkside,
but I'd have to reread. It's been a while. I know theres a shot in it
of him and Craig at age 5 - Mac in his skates. :)
