I own the same gun, I have the 2.5, 4, 6, and 8 inch barrels and they shoot
great. I have shot at close and far ranges and never had these problems

Just to check a few things...
How far off and at what range (10" at 25 yds? 4" at 50 yds?)
Is the point of impact off to the left with both barrels?
Do you shoot left handed or right handed (which trigger finger - left or
right)?
