Additional information would help in diagnosing (guessing at) the
possibilities.
Just to check a few things...
How far off and at what range (10" at 25 yds? 4" at 50 yds?)
Is the point of impact off to the left with both barrels?
Do you shoot left handed or right handed (which trigger finger - left or
right)?
