If the primer hits are well centered, I would suggest replacing some
springs. Parts will cost you about 20 bucks if you replace all the
springs. Firing pin might be worn too. Any competent gunsmith can take
care of it for you.
If you send it back to the factory, shipping and inspection will
probably cost you about $70-80, then whatever parts are needed. But
then you would know for sure.
If you know your way around the innards of a gun, then replacing just
the main spring is relatively simple and it only cost $4.
