I'm thinking of putting my 45 Colt up for sale. I bought it from
the original owner who said he never shot it. I have the original
receipt.
I put ten to twenty rounds through the gun. The 8" barrel is unfired.
The gun has a lock up so tight it rivals my Freedom Arms. The 6"
shroud had a small spot of rust on the underlug near the muzzle. I
lightly buffed it with 0000 steel wool and cold blued. It doesn't
match exactly, but it's close. The 8" shroud is perfect in every way.
There is an extra 6" barrel also unfired.
There is a small crack on the grip. I removed the grip, cleaned the
crack and applied a small amount of gorilla glue. The crack is
stabilized and very tight, and does not imho detract from the gun or
it's value. The gun has a low serial #
I'm looking for $1500 but will consider all offers. First $1500 though
takes it. Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. Shipping will be
