I love Tony Romo and don't care much for Quinn but he was valued at
about the #3 overall! The only reason he's slipping is that a lot
of teams feel they are set at QB.
What I would do though is probably trade down with a team like
Cleveland if I could get their #1 next year, their #2 this year and
another pick. They might be excited enough about Quinn to do that!
That's a fortune and it wouldn't help us a whole lot this year but
we don't need a bunch of help this year. Clevelands #1 next year
will be VERY high, especially if they started a rookie QB LOL.
