The critical issue is "how much control over player and asst. coach
decisions will the midget give up". If he hands this over to Gibbs,
as it appears Jones did to Parcells, then the Foreskins should return
a winner. If not, then nothing will change.

I'd bet Gibbs isn't stupid and would never take the job w/o having
full control.

I really do not see that as their critical issue. To me, they have the following critical issues: - They are in the worst salary cap shape of any team in NFL...
