Galloway... Going or Staying???   Message List

News
Wide receiver Joey Galloway is scheduled to cost the Cowboys $8
million against the salary cap in 2004, and the Cowboys will likely
pursue avenues to change that situation, the Fort Worth-Star Telegram
reported. One option is to release Galloway prior to June 1, which
would save the team roughly $2.8 million of that total. If the team
waits until after June 1 to release the receiver, Galloway would
count only $1.8 million against the cap. Galloway has also publicly
said that he is willing to consider a salary reduction to stay with
the team.

I don't really care if Galloway stays or goes. I know I'm going to get alot of flak for saying this, but here it is: I'd rather have Keyshawn over Galloway....

No flak here.. I agree, especially on the punts. He needs to head upfield instead of sideways. Would like Keyshawn also, cause he would be that big target...
