Having problems with message search?
Good question; I am trying to find out. All we know is Harris County Engineering department were negotiating to buy land, which means that construction is slated to start soon. I don't know what "soon" means in local government timetables, but I will revert when I have better information.

My question is: Who is funding the TC Jester extension? Metro?
County? TXDOT? City of Houston? As far as I know the city, county
or TXDOT don't have the money for this type of expansion. This will
be a multi million dollar expansion especially of they have to
acquitre property through Northgate Forest (the golf course?).
Other than tearing up part of the trail, I don't think we will see
construction any time soon; two years or more.
