The musical chairs (or bike racks) keep changing. The racks opposite platform one are being temporarily moved back to their original position behind the cafe. This is to enable glazing work to take place where the existing bike racks are.

 

Comment has been made about the coffee wagon. This is to replace the existing cafe, on a temporary basis,  which is soon to be demolished. The area were the original racks were located will be the site of the new ticket office. There will be 100 bike spaces when the new station is completed.

 

Time scale seems rather drawn out. Hope that all makes sense.
